Penny has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President and Manager of the Hollister California office of Chicago Title Company.  She has been an escrow officer for many years and has extensive experience in real estate transactions of all types.  Her background in the title business gives her a unique perspective to offer her clients.  In addition to the title industry, Penny was an Assistant Manger for a bank in California.  She has two grown children and is now living in Sun City Grand.

Penny is a member of the National, State, and local Association of Realtors, and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona.
