• Sellers, take advantage of our Home Listing Consultation and Ready, Set, Sell Staging Package when you call us to get your home on the market.  The consultation will give you an idea of what it will take to make your home ready for this competitve, buyer's market.  We'll discuss interior changes as well as exterior "curb appeal."  The Home Listing Consultation fee is FREE.
• Our Ready, Set, Sell Package gives seller's the specifics of what will be included in making those changes that will get their home sold.  The Ready, Set, Sell Package is $250, paid out of escrow.  That's right, no out of pocket money from you!  When we sell your home, we get paid.  (Please Note--**Any materials/ furnishings bought for your home must be paid for upfront by seller.)
